ABOUT LILLIAN

I'm a Dallas-based Senior Art Director at Flywheel with a specialty in shopper and retail advertising. Most of my work lives at the intersection of brand and shelf — building the designs systems, key visuals, and retail environments that make shoppers stop, notice, and reach. Over the course of my career, I've done that across a wide range of CPG categories: beauty, personal care, beverages, and household essentials, primarily for Kenvue and P&G brands. I think in systems and show up as more than just the person executing the brief — which means strategy, client conversations, and creative problem-solving are just as much my job as the work itself.

Outside of agency work, I partner with clients independently on brand identity — logos, brand books, mood boards, and the supporting assets that make a brand feel cohesive from day one. It's a different creative muscle than shopper work, and I love that I get to use both.

When I'm not making things for clients, I'm making things with my hands. I'm a fiber artist — a knitter and crocheter who finds the craft genuinely addicting. There's a left brain/right brain quality to it that I love: the math and logic of reading a pattern, and the satisfaction of watching something come to life stitch by stitch. You can follow along on Instagram at @goodtroublemakes. I'm also a cozy gamer (currently deep in Stardew Valley), a Pokémon card collector, and a devoted K-Drama binge-watcher.

At home, I share a life with my husband Kevin and our 5-lb morkie, Taro — who takes up considerably more space than his size would suggest.
