Quarantining in 2020 and 2021. Never before has there been a moment where “normal” life has changed so much. Consumer behavior has rapidly shifted and there now exists new benchmarks of “try before you buy” and personalization. We studied the current Samsung landscape to identify pain points and developed a platform that solved for them and more.
